Transformational and Foundational.

Yoga is for everyone.

“It is to bring down our sense of separation from, and expose us to, the intimate nature of our inter-relationship. In a word the purpose is ‘compassion’, or complete openness to reality. This is the Amrita (nectar) of yoga, it dissolves our sense of longing and incompleteness and floods our sense with love for all.”   Ty Landrum
